(1) Preparation for hot stamping
Prepare the Electrochemical aluminum model specifications,hot stamping plates (such as copper plate or zinc plate).
(2) Install the plate
Fix the copper plate or zinc plate on the bottom plate of the equipment, and adjust the working pressure to a suitable position.
(3) Make subplate adjustment on uneven places
After the printing plate is fixed, make subplate adjustment on uneven places, so that the working pressure of each part is even.
(4) Know main parameters of processing technology exactly
Figure out appropriate hot stamping temperature, working pressure and hot stamping speed
