Equipment overview.
The equipment is used for screen printing on the surface of cylindrical, square and special-shaped product shells, and the working state is fully automatic.
The equipment consists of a servo curved screen printing machine plus a splitter rotating disc table, an automatic loading and unloading manipulator and a conveying mechanism.
How the device behaves. working principle:
1. The operator places the product on the conveyor belt.
2. The feeding manipulator grabs the bottle from the feeding conveyor belt, turns it 90 degrees automatically, and puts it into the screen printing fixture.
3. The screen printing fixture adopts the front and rear full clamps to ensure accurate positioning, and the screen printing process does not shake or shift;
4. The drive of the turntable mainly adopts the high-precision servo turntable of GOIZPER from Spain. At the same time of accurate indexing, the movement sequence of each mechanism is allocated to make the machine run more efficiently and safely.
5. In the process of screen printing, the lateral speed of the screen printing screen matches the speed of the circular motion of the bottle to ensure that the screen printing pattern does not stretch or shrink.
6. Before the screen printing station, the surface is treated by high-voltage electrostatic dust, with a vacuum system to ensure the stability of the printing quality and reduce the printing defects caused by dust;
7. The screen printing mechanism and the printing knife mechanism are driven by precision cylinders to ensure the printing quality;
8. Manually put the product on the feeding conveyor belt, the manipulator clamps the product into the fixture, the turntable rotates, electrostatic treatment, flame treatment, printing, LED surface drying ink, printing, LED surface drying ink, printing, LED surface drying Ink, printing, LED surface-drying ink, the manipulator takes the product on the unloading conveyor belt, and manually takes it out from the conveyor belt
